MEET DAMON DILLARD
FOUNDER OF TDT FINANCIAL™
Damon Dillard is first and foremost a believer. He is a husband, a father, a friend, business strategist, and life coach. He lives by the adage, "How you do ANYTHING is HOW you do EVERYTHING."
It references the very principles that assisted him along his journey to fulfillment, success, and the basis of his business and life coaching to date. Originally born in Cleveland, Ohio, he and his mother moved to Columbus when he was very young. As a graduate from Westerville South, he had the hobby of playing basketball. As many other young men around his age, he had "NBA Hoop Dreams" however, recognized early on, his talent was around speaking and business.
Growing up, he was raised in a single parent household where his mother would work two to three jobs at a time in order to care for his two younger sisters and himself. Although they had a roof over their head and the "necessities," he always desired to care for his mother so that SHE would not have to work as hard.
After attending Capital University where he studied Financial Economics and Marketing, he was left to make a decision that would change his life forever. Having experienced success not only in the secular world, but also with the game he loved, he needed to make a hard decision about his future. He had to choose whether to pursue his DREAM to play basketball professionally OR pursue the DREAM and DESIRE to not only RETIRE and take care of his mother, but also provide the lifestyle that his newly established family, wife, and children truly deserved.
Damon states, "The quality of your life will always be in direct proportion to the QUALITY of the QUESTIONS you ask." What questions are you asking?
Damon has four main questions he asked himself (We encourage you to ask the same):
"What am I good at?"
"What do I love?"
"What does the WORLD NEED?"
"How do I monetize this?"
Once he discovered the Life Insurance Industry, the answer to all of these questions became clear. It assisted him with the ability to FINANCIALLY SECURE his FAMILIES future, but also assist so many in doing the exact same. His OBSESSION is not only in assisting people REDISCOVERING their GIFTS, but helping them uncover the dream that they have had bottled up . He has created an opportunity that, and we quote, "gives them an unrecognizable life within 12-18 months."
